Waiting On Wednesday #7 - Nemo

Follow on Bloglovin

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Breaking the Spine were we talk about books we cant wait to read! For this week i picked....

The Infinite Sea (The Fifth Wave #2)Title: The Infinite Sea
Author: Rick Yancey
Pages: 480
Date Pub: September 16, 2014
Publisher: Putnam Juvenile
Series: Yes
Find it on Goodreads

How do you rid the Earth of seven billion humans? Rid the humans of their humanity.

Surviving the first four waves was nearly impossible. Now Cassie Sullivan finds herself in a new world, a world in which the fundamental trust that binds us together is gone. As the 5th Wave rolls across the landscape, Cassie, Ben, and Ringer are forced to confront the Others’ ultimate goal: the extermination of the human race.

Cassie and her friends haven’t seen the depths to which the Others will sink, nor have the Others seen the heights to which humanity will rise, in the ultimate battle between life and death, hope and despair, love and hate.
Why am I excited?

I was in love with the first book (The 5th wave) and it had one of the worst cliffhangers ever. I'm not a huge fan of thrillers or alien books but this one was such a fun ride and i recommend it to everyone.

What are you waiting for? If you made a post leave a link below! :)

  27. I've decided not to read the first book because I hadn't heard lots of nice things about it. But this sequel really looks interesting. Maybe I need to change my mind about it. ;)

  29. Right? That cliffhanger was evil. EVIL. I loved The 5th Wave though, even if I thought it was a little slow in the beginning, but I loved the fact you couldn't trust what you were reading, or the people. But yay, good bad aliens again! Not ones that are hot and just want to interact with us wonderful people. No, time to obliterate the people. Finally. ;)

  30. It's not really my kind of book. Especially if it has a cliffhanger like that. I hope you enjoy it though. Thanks for coming by my WoW!
